I am Peyman Keyhanvar, a dedicated knowledge translationalist, Futurist, researcher and educator passionate about advancing the field of transdisciplinary and convergent technologies, medical nanotechnology and regenerative medicine. With a strong foundation in medicine, technology, and business, as well as vast experience as member of national tissue engineering board and chief of technology and commercialization management office of council for stem cell in science and technology vice presidency of Iran, I am committed to bridging the gap between scientific discovery and real-world applications.
As an Associate Professor at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and a founding member of the Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine Ward, I have made significant contributions to the field. My expertise in converging technologies, transdisciplinary medicine, and applied artificial intelligence, has led to groundbreaking research and the establishment of cutting-edge medical facilities.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I am a dedicated serial entrepreneur and advocate for innovation and startup development and I played a co-founder role of first national students’ thinking and entrepreneurship Olympiad (ITEO). As the Director of Technology and Business Development at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and a co-founder of ARTAN1100 Startup Accelerator (Knowledge-based) Company (the first in north-east of Iran), I am actively supporting the growth of the medical technology ecosystem.
Through my work, I am driving the future of healthcare throw 7-medicine by harnessing the power of AI, NBIC, nanotechnology and regenerative medicine to improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of life through bench-to-bedside activities.
